A few questions. Clear answers.

Not sure where to begin? We’re happy to help you find the right next step.

Talk to our team
Do you work with individuals and businesses?

Yes. We prepare individual and family returns, and look after business returns, sales tax, bookkeeping and payroll for LLCs, corporations, partnerships and non-profits.

Can we meet in person?

Yes. Call (804) 480-1080 to arrange a meeting at our Glen Allen office. If online suits you better, book a Microsoft Teams meeting. It opens in your browser, so you don’t need a Microsoft account.

How much does a consultation cost?

Consultations are billed by the hour, and you see the total before you pay. For returns, bookkeeping and IRS notices, the fee estimator gives you a starting figure, and we confirm the final fee in writing before any work begins.

Can you help with a letter from the IRS or Virginia Tax?

Yes. Send us the notice and we explain what it means, reply for you and follow it through to the end. Speaking to the IRS for you needs a signed power of attorney (Form 2848), which we prepare.

What should I bring to our first conversation?

Your most recent tax return, any letters from the IRS or Virginia Tax, and a short list of your questions. For a business, recent bank statements or bookkeeping reports help too.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Need to cancel or reschedule? Tell us at least 24 hours before your consultation for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours aren't refunded. Reply to your confirmation email or call (804) 480-1080.
